Lauren is a Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner trained in the Inka tradition, rooted in the ancient wisdom and spiritual practices of the Amazon and Andes. With 20 years of experience and having conducted over 2000 sessions with clients, Lauren is a seasoned and skilled shamanic practitioner who maintains an active personal healing practice working with clients world-wide. Lauren’s work is characterized by a deep respect for the natural world and the unseen forces that influence our well-being. Lauren’s approach is holistic and focuses on harmonizing the body, mind and soul to facilitate self-discovery, deep healing, personal transformation, spiritual growth and the expansion of consciousness. A talented herbalist, Lauren utilizes the healing power of plants to further complement her practice, offering a variety of natural herbal products that support people on their path to health and higher consciousness. 

A dynamic and gifted teacher with experience working with large or small groups, Lauren has taught shamanic energy medicine for more than a decade. A former Program Instructor at Bastyr University, a prestigious Naturopathic medical school in Kenmore, WA, Lauren developed the Elemental Healing & Wisdom Program which she taught through their Continuing Education Department where she trained hundreds of students in shamanic healing techniques. With an impeccable reputation as a teacher of shamanic energy medicine, Lauren specializes in delivering self-development training to students, teaching tools and techniques which facilitate self-discovery, conscious expansion, physical and emotional healing, and spiritual growth. 

For the past 20 years, Lauren has been visited by Archangel Michael and other various Archangels and angels, who have imparted profound knowledge to her regarding the human condition and human potential. These celestial encounters have given Lauren profound insight on how to enable individuals to achieve their highest potential and understand their true origin and birthright. Referred to by angels as “The Instrument”, Lauren is a conduit for healing and the delivery of messages in order to facilitate the advancement of the human race.

In addition to her extensive angelic experiences, Lauren has encountered numerous experiences with a variety of extraterrestrial and interdimensional beings and has extensive expertise in all things paranormal. Her ability to connect and communicate with otherworldly beings has further enriched her understanding of the universe and our place in it.

At the age of 11, Lauren had a near-death experience (NDE), which, combined with her strong background in shamanic energy medicine, has given her profound knowledge and insight into the death process and the continuity of consciousness.
