Lauren is a Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner trained in the Inka tradition, rooted in the ancient wisdom and spiritual practices of the Amazon and Andes. With 20 years of experience and having conducted over 2,000 sessions with clients, Lauren is a highly experienced and accomplished shamanic practitioner who maintains an active personal healing practice serving clients worldwide. Her work is guided by a deep reverence for the natural world and the unseen forces that shape human well-being. As a gifted herbalist, Lauren incorporates the healing intelligence of plants into her work, offering a range of natural herbal products designed to support physical wellness, emotional balance, and energetic vitality.

A dynamic and intuitive teacher with experience working with both large and small groups, Lauren has taught shamanic energy medicine for over a decade. A former Program Instructor at Bastyr University, a leading naturopathic medical institution in Kenmore, Washington, Lauren created the Elemental Healing & Wisdom Program. She taught this program through Bastyr’s Continuing Education Department, where she trained hundreds of students in shamanic healing methodologies. Known for her integrity and depth as an educator, Lauren focuses on guiding students through two distinct pathways of learning. Through her Inner Journey track, she supports students on a personal level, offering tools and techniques that facilitate self-discovery, emotional integration, physical healing, and spiritual evolution. Through her Wisdomkeeper track, Lauren trains students in the art and practice of shamanic healing, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and embodied wisdom necessary to serve as healers for others.

For the past two decades, Lauren has been visited by Archangel Michael and other angels, who have transmitted knowledge to her regarding human energetic architecture, the movement of energy and healing processes. These experiences shaped her understanding of human origin, human potential, and the process through which dormant abilities may be awakened. Referred to by angels as “The Instrument,” Lauren facilitates healing, conscious expansion, and the activation of human potential.

In addition to her long-standing encounters with angels, Lauren has experienced contact with a wide range of extraterrestrial beings and interdimensional intelligences and holds extensive expertise in paranormal phenomena. Her ability to perceive, communicate with, and interpret information from non-ordinary realms has deepened her understanding of the universe and humanity’s multidimensional nature. 

At the age of 11, Lauren experienced a near-death experience (NDE), which, together with her extensive background in shamanic energy medicine and the knowledge imparted to her by angels, has given her a deep understanding of the dying process and the continuity of consciousness beyond physical life. These formative experiences, combined with her lived practice, enable Lauren to support the healing, well-being, spiritual advancement, and conscious evolution of her clients and students.
